COTECH, Inc. has been established since 2002. It is an employee-owned company with experienced engineers having expertise in the system integration, design, tooling and manufacturing for aerospace and commercial composite systems.

President, Dr. Ong, Ching-Long was the Deputy General Director of Aeronautical Research Laboratory of Chugn-Shan Institute of Science and Technology (CSIST) and has more than 40 years of experience in the composites design, manufacturing and system integration. He was also the Program Director of the SMART (Sub Millimeter Array Radio Telescopes) Program, and Nutator and FESV Projects of ALMA program and had successfully integrated and completed these projects. He is the Founder of SAMPE Taiwan Chapter and a SAMPE FELLOW (2002).
