Advantages of Carbon Fiber

Advantages of Carbon Fiber:1/5 of steel and 1/2 of aluminum.
Fatigue resistance:The static strength of aluminum alloy or steel is 50% whereas the rate is 90% for composite material.
Anti-corrosion:Under the exposure of air and steam, coating is necessary for metals while carbon fiber is corrosion-resistant, coating is not obligatory.
Dimensional stability:smaller expansion coefficient, able to produce net shape or almost net shape parts which save post-production cost.
Structure effectiveness:Minimize the amount of parts by design, which decreases the assembly cost and increases the structural stiffness and effectiveness.
